The condo association provides HVAC care

I never thought I’d one day be purchasing a condominium, as I figured it was like having to buy a property that you don’t really own but still have to pay rent on in the long run.

While that might be true in a sense when you factor in condo association fees, it’s not nearly true in reality because you have rights that a renter does not. You can earn equity on the property and sell it whenever you want. It’s still a possession, but you just have to abide by the rules agreed upon by the condo community as a whole. You can make changes or alterations to the inside or outside of the condo without explicit permission from the condo association. That’s the agreement you make when you apply and become a member of the condo community. I like mine because we have services and amenities included with our condo fees that other places don’t. One huge factor is HVAC care. We have a heating and cooling supplier that handles HVAC care and maintenance for all of the condo community residents whenever it is needed. They even replace our air conditioner and furnace filters every three months. It’s a great service to have added onto the others that are included in the condo fees we pay every single month. I don’t know any other condo communities like this one in the area that have HVAC care included with water and cable amenities. It’s nice to forgo worrying about heating and cooling service and maintenance now that I live here.
