My sister got married a couple of months ago and I was in charge of all of the festivities. I didn’t want to be the maid of honor, because I’m not into all of that pink and frilly stuff. I told her that I would happily take care of everything else. Instead of hiring an event coordinator, I took care of everything. My sister wanted to get married in the middle of october. I knew there was a chance that it was going to be very cold. When I made reservations for the venue, I made sure to tell the place that I wanted to be able to have indoor and outdoor dancing and dining. In order to have outdoor dancing and dining, I wanted to make sure that we would have a tent and a couple of stand-up heaters. I knew that the catering and event planning company would be able to rent heating equipment along with the tent and anything else that we needed. I had called them once before in the past when I hosted an event for the annual golf tournament. I had a large tent and several stand up heaters for that event. The company rents heating equipment, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and even barbecue pits. They have a lot of equipment available for any type of event or holiday. The company even sets up and delivers all of the items so we don’t have to worry about setup or clean up. It was really easy to plan the wedding when I had help and all of the equipment necessary.
