When I was walking down the hallway in our current home after changing the temperature control settings for the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, I noticed that the hot as well as cold temperatures seemed to be quite uneven around the house.
The temperature wasn’t so terrible in our kitchen, while in the living room it felt pretty warm.
I wondered what was going on so I called up a local company to have our Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment looked at. It turned out that our air duct plan was blocked up a lot as well as we needed proper air duct cleaning. Since we have a pretty big current home as well as big air duct system, this wasn’t a cheap task at all. It was overpriced alright, however at least this solved the issue with our Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. I also noticed improved air quality as well as the utility bills were lower after that. I believe having a blocked up air duct plan really does have a lot of disadvantages. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professionals said that we should get our air duct cleaned every few years or so to be on the safe side with a better running Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine as well as superb air quality. They also said it would be smart to enroll into their Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance plan where they would take care of most of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance as well as repairs. They said if there were major repairs, we would have to spend money more for things care about that as well as we would also get plans that included air duct cleaning which would save us a lot of money in the future. That is something we will have to believe about doing. I’m not the kind of woman to just rush into a contract.
