Yesterday after breakfast, I was supposed to help a co-worker with a ductless mini-cut AC installation job. The numerous of us were going to tackle that job together plus get it done in half the time it would normally take 1 man to complete the work. This would allow both of us to go house at a nice minute. I had breakfast at a small taco stand on the corner of the street by the heating plus AC repair shop. I felt fine when I left to meet our coworker at the ductless mini-cut AC installation job. About 10 minutes later, I started to know strange. My throat was starting to know itchy plus I had a light rash on our face. I called our boss plus I told the guy that I believed I was having an allergic reaction to something from breakfast. My boss got aggravated plus accused me of dipping out early. I told the guy that I was going to go to the emergency room. He actually wanted me to work, because he did not guess a light rash was a big deal. I have never given our boss any reason to guess that I wasn’t telling the truth, but he still wanted proof that I went to the emergency room. When I got to the emergency room, I found out that I was having anaphylactic shock plus I needed a shot of epinephrine to combat the reaction. When I called our boss from the emergency room, he suddenly changed his tune plus told me to take the rest of the afternoon off plus the next afternoon too.
