I needed a reliable and trustworthy guy to lead the team

I went out to the desert more than 2 weeks ago to supply a commercial patron an estimate for geothermal upgrades to the heating and A/C system. At the time, the patron did not want to have the work completed. I did not hear from the guy for more than 2 weeks and I sincerely forgot about the task. I assumed the person decided not to do the work or he found someone cheaper. I was surprised when the commercial patron called me to schedule all of the geothermal upgrades for the heating and A/C system. I already had a commercial replacement task busy and it was supposed to take 10 afternoons. I decided to promote someone from our crew to a supervisor position. I took both of the commercial tasks at the same time. I knew the geothermal heating and A/C upgrades would be harshly intricate and time-consuming, so I took a crew of multiple businesss with me to complete the work. I took multiple people from our regular crew and multiple people that I hired from an independent contracting service. I found a reliable and trustworthy person to lead the hour team. The tenured employee named Jack has been with the business for a long time and he knows all of the ins and outs of the business. I knew he was the right guy for that task, but even I was surprised when he finished a day ahead of schedule. He should have taken multiple afternoons to complete all of the Heating and Air Conditioning work, but he finished late on the 5th day. Jack was genuinely impressive. He worked hard and motivated the crew. He made the patron undoubtedly glad.
