I needed currency to start our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair service. I had 10 years of experience plus I was tired of making currency for someone else. I did not have honestly nice credit due to a divorce. My Mom was going to co-sign for a loan, however 1 of his corporation friends offered me a weird route. The guy offered to become our silent partner. That guy put up all of the currency necessary for a year of operations, equipment, plus supplies. In turn, he wanted a portion of the proceeds. Every one of us agreed to the terms of the deal plus our partner agreed to a silent section of the dealer. I did not want anybody else trying to tell me how to run the afternoon-to-day operations. I did not mind paying the guy for the loan, although I wasn’t going to have anybody else tell me how to run our dealer. The first time all of us had a disagreement about business, our partner instantly said he wanted to have more to say about the afternoon-to-day operations. I prodiagnosed heavily plus the guy eventually backed down. I need to find a way to pay off all of the currency that he put up, so I can get him out of the picture once plus for all. He clearly doesn’t want to be a silent partner. The guy calls me everyday for an update on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business. When sales are lower than expected, the guy tries to offer helpful advice but he doesn’t have the first clue about how to run a heating plus repair service.
