Doesn’t take all that much to extend the life of the Heating and A/C unit

We’ve gotten heating repair in the fall and an air conditioning tune-up each Springtime

I remember when the people I was with and I had our new Heating and A/C unit installed. It’s been a dozen years ago or more. But I can remember it all very clearly. That’s because the people I was with and I had just bought this apartment and it was our first home. My partner and I had been married about 5 years at that point. All of us knew that a family was in the plans so the people I was with and I bought a apartment that would accommodate that plan. The seller of the apartment just outright refused to upgrade the clearly old Heating and A/C unit that was here. So the people I was with and I ended up negotiating down the price rather significantly over that heating and cooling equipment. In turn, this allowed us to get actually the latest in residential Heating and A/C at the time. All of us had the money so the people I was with and I decided to get the best quality heating and air that the people I was with and I could get. And I remember the Heating and A/C dealer telling us that the people I was with and I needed to be sure to register the Heating and A/C unit with the factory first. And then, she told us that the people I was with and I needed to make sure that the new Heating and A/C unit got consistent, seasonal Heating and A/C repair every year. This would greatly increase the efficiency, operation and longevity of the Heating and A/C unit. She told us not to wait because the Heating and A/C unit was new but to get going with Heating and A/C repair that very year. And the people I was with and I followed her advice. We’ve gotten heating repair in the fall and an air conditioning tune-up each Springtime. I figure that our Heating and A/C unit will last for a very, very long time.
