After a thorough check-up, she found so several wrong things with our system, however it turned out that the new home services company the other tech claimed to be from did not exist & was a fake, then no wonder she was so cheap, then she had tampered with the washable filter; it was no longer doing its work. The air duct gathered so much dust & debris that a duct cleaning was inevitable. The central Heating & Air Conditioning duct was leaking, causing the unit to run more to compensate for the lost heat. After our lease expired, I opted to transport back new home until I could find a locale of our own, a single that even had a gas fireplace.
