When my friend came over for a visit, she referred her fiance to maintenance the issue. He was truly efficient & had all the right tools for duct cleaning & other processes concerning the usual maintenance of the air quality system. He redid the seals on the ducts with appropriate material from the local business. The amateur worker almost ruined my unit, blessedly, the heat pump did not need maintenance otherwise. The indoor air quality was improved & I also managed to update my temperature control.
