I rely heavily on the internet and the professionals that are being referred to. My air purifier has been giving me issues for a while now. When he first arrived, the technician did not look like he was prepared to work, he lacked the work gear and tools. Despite this, I let him look at the air purification system. Within a few minutes, he gave me an invoice on the things he needed to repair the unit. The total sum was a very alarming number that I could only come up with the following week. As a temporary solution, he used low-quality material for duct sealing then removed and shoddily cleaned the air ducts using my leaf blower. When my friend came over for a visit, she referred her husband to fix the issue. He was very efficient and had all the right tools for duct cleaning and other processes concerning the proper maintenance of the air quality system. He redid the seals on the ducts with appropriate material from the local business. The amateur technician almost ruined my unit, fortunately, the heat pump did not need repair otherwise. The indoor air quality was improved and I also managed to upgrade my thermostat.
