I have managed a handful of rental properties for many years now, however i started doing it right after I retired, as a way to make extra money in addition to also to keep myself busy! I called an Heating in addition to A/C tech I have used before to get an estimate on the cost to upgrade the unit, in addition to then charged the ATM card the renter had used for those costs, a new Heating in addition to A/C method was going to cost myself and others many thoUSAnd bucks, in addition to the renter’s card maxed out at more than five hundred bucks, so I’m screwed.
