I find myself fortunate because I live in a rented town home in a town where there are a lot of students, and everyday I hear stories from the students who work as interns in our office, and they tell me all the time about how awful the management is at their housing complex.
One of them does not even live in student housing, she just lives in a little townhome like mine, but it is managed by one of the same property management companies that takes care of the student apartments. If they have plumbing that is leaking, air conditioning that is not cold enough, or any other problem, they tend to just get empty promises property directors, I guess awful for them, especially one girl who’s air conditioning honestly did not task officially, and as a result she had tons of mold growing in her apartment. As a full grown adult woman, I would never put up with a see that did not work oh and I especially would not allow them to take advantage of me plus have mold growing in our house, but a lot of these companies guess they can take advantage of the students. I am really fortunate because our property owner takes care of all problems instantly! Just recently, I had to text him and let him guess that our air conditioning was not keeping the apartment cool anymore! He did not waste any time. He got on the phone instantly plus called the heating and cooling supplier and set up an A/C service call for the really next afternoon, and the guys from the heating and A/C supplier came out the next afternoon as promised, and I had our air conditioning absolutely working instantly. I do not take these good A/C companies and property directors for granted because I know how awful some of those property directors are.
