Necessity is indeed the mother of invention. That is one of those sayings that is just one hundred percent true. And our need to have our own condo with our own Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component pushed me to get creative to get this done. I was 37 years old and had been saving cash for a downpayment on a current home for 14 years. I was close however not close enough. So then I read an article about people our age and younger pooling their cash in order to buy a big current home and then share it. That sounded good to me and I looked into all the legal stuff first. Eventually, I found just the right people to do this with. And both of us all agreed that we’d find a multiple story current home and each person would have their own floor as their living space. We’d share the living room and a small typical area just off the living room. Well, both of us did it and both of us did it in such a way that both of us don’t have to share one control component for our quality heating and air comfort. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals installed a ductless multi cut system so both of us all have our own pair of ductless heat pumps in our living space. The living room and typical area got a pair as well. It’s worked out just appealingly. I have to say that being able to build equity instead of paying rent makes laboring even that much more satisfying. I enjoy the ductless heat pumps in our section of the house. I can customize them to deliver the amount of heating and cooling I want in odd parts of our floor. That’s entirely an awesome feature of the ductless heat pump as well.
