I recently left our job for the morning early.
- Actually almost everyone that worked in our office did.
The reason for it was because their central HVAC idea had broke down and every one of us are all right now in the middle of a sizable heatwave. There was no way any of us could remain in the building with no air conditioning. The air conditioning was a must to be able to not only have indoor comfort, however to even survive! As soon as the central HVAC idea had gone out they called the local heat and a/c supplier to try to send out a certified HVAC specialist. However none were available until the next morning no matter how much cash they provided them, so that was when they sent us all house before the building got dangerously hot. Everyone including management was cleared out of there in time. Then the very next morning the HVAC supplier was out to repair the central HVAC idea at the crack of dawn. It was repaired and fully working once again before it was time for us to come into work. Then when every one of us got there the air conditioning was working wonderful and normal as if nothing had ever happened. And I did not mention that the office gave us full pay for the morning from sending us house several ninths early than every one of us were supposed to be. Which was a wonderful thought and gesture. Not everywhere would do that.
