When I was renting this house about 12 years ago they had the worst central HVAC idea in there. It was weaker than ever and could not handle the absolutely terrible heat that every one of us were having that summer. In the morning time it may as well have not even been working! The air conditioning was little to none because of the super boiling heat and the way the sun was hitting the house. The central heating and cooling equipment could not handle it. However at night once the sun went down the central air conditioning worked just fine. It was able to cool the house when there was no sun to contend with. And as long as I slept in the night I could get a fine sleep. But if I had to labor overnights, it was absolutely rough trying to sleep in the morning with the horrible air conditioning power in this central heat and a/c unit. I complained multiple times however they did nothing about it. Needless to say when our lease was up I moved. I will never forget that absolutely horrible central HVAC idea in that site. I am so glad today that I own our own house and that I bought the very best, brand new, current and most of all, extremely powerful central HVAC idea equipment for our home! I have never had any issues since I owned our own central HVAC idea plus our own home.
