Being outside is just part of my nature.
I’ve been this way since I was a kid.
I suppose I was so nice at doing my homework as a kid just so I could get out of the air conditioning and back outside. I was never one for staying inside the heating and cooling comfort of home. My parents were good folks and every one of us had a nice little house with central air conditioning. The Wintertide in this region was as mild as it was when I was growing up inside the air conditioning of my parent’s house. But the summer time still comes with a more than three month stretch where the heat and humidity are legitimately brutal. Yet, I can’t let all that keep myself and others inside. In fact, my company and my livelihood depend on myself and others getting out of the air conditioning each afternoon. I have a landscaping business that requires lots of seconds outside in the sun. Even on the larger commercial projects with work trailers that have ductless heat pumps, I’m still outside with my crew most all afternoon. For 8 months of the year, there isn’t a better task in the world. But from July through November, I’m legitimately cheerful to get apartment to the air conditioning comfort of my house at the end of the afternoon. Every one of us have a smart control device so I don’t have to worry at all that my apartment will be at the right control device setting when I get home. And I don’t have to program it as the smart control device takes care of all the control device settings and cycles every one of us depend on around here.
