The Ductwork Insulation Sleeve Reduced the Noise

When every one of us were designing our house, every one of us decided to finish the attic space to use it as a guest entryway or hangout section for the kids… Every one of us knew the space wouldn’t get used a ton by us, however our kids would savor entertaining their friends in the designated space. Every one of us tried to make the room actually unique and fun and every one of us got the kids involved in the planning process, but ultimately, every one of us decided to leave the HVAC duct and pipes exposed on the ceiling along with the exposed beams, but it was an industrial look that would be stunning, and it turned out amazing… A few weeks after the construction though, every one of us noticed that the kids weren’t using the space anymore. When every one of us questioned them, they told us that the HVAC duct was too noisy. Every time the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C method kicked on, the HVAC duct would rattle slightly and the air was loud as it passed through, then this was something that we’d never anticipated, however every one of us wanted to repair it so the attic space would be used again. After contacting our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company about it, she recommended every one of us install HVAC duct insulation around the ducts. The insulation would act as a sleeve that hugged the HVAC duct and it would absorb any unwanted noise. It also had added benefits of moisture reduction and better air temperature. Every one of us were distraught it would take away from the look of industrialism, however it didn’t at all! The HVAC duct insulation sleeve was identical to the actual HVAC duct and it blended right in.
