I made the major mistake of leaving out some meat to defrost for supper underneath an air vent of my central heating plus air conditioning method when the central heating was running! In short, I ended up ruining my supper and made the meat go bad.
It had been sitting under the air vent of my central heating plus air conditioning method while the heating was blasting all afternoon as I was away at work.
When I came apartment finding the meat had gone awful I was pretty annoyed with myself. I should have known better than to leave it under the air vent of my central heating plus air conditioning method while the heating was blasting. If it had been the summer time time of the year and the central air conditioning was running this would not have been an issue. But because it was the central heating it made it defrost and then almost start cooking itself. It was a big mistake on my part. It is for sure something I will never do again and I will be more careful. As a result of this I had to end up calling out for supper that night. I remember I had just called out for a nice steak supper from an upscale place every one of us have here in town. It was a lot of currency to spend on 1 person for a meal, however it made myself and others feel better about the mistake I made with the frozen meat and the air vent of my central heating plus air conditioning method unit! Like I said, something I will feel to never ever do again!
