I wasn’t so sure that I’d ever be able to have our own venue. That’s because the more I saved for a downpayment, the more the prices soared in this market. This led to more years residing in apartments where the Heating, Ventilation & A/C component was aged plus not legitimately good. The thought of having replaced Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology in our own house kept me going though. And now, I’m a homeowner who gives thanks, on a daily basis, for the residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C I now enjoy. It’s such a change from what I have experienced our entire adult life. Living in apartments that I could afford in order to save money, meant that I had to live with subpar heating plus cooling. But there were also plenty of noisy neighbors plus other disadvantages to residing in apartments. Still, I stayed the course plus kept saving every dime that I could. And finally, I was able to purchase our own venue. Since it’s just me plus our dog, it wasn’t prefer the people I was with and I needed a good deal of space. This house is a small three kitchen plus is just perfect for me. I labor from house now as a technology consultant so I turned one of the kitchens into our house office. I went the ductless heat pump route when I found out that the air duct was as worthless as the aged central a/c. I prefer the ductless heat pumps in our house as they are so efficient while delivering such good heating plus cooling comfort.
