Being outside is just area of our nature.
I’ve been this way since I was a kid.
I know I was so fine at doing our homework as a kid just so I could get out of the air conditioning and back outside. I was never 1 for staying inside the heating and cooling comfort of home. My parents were wonderful folks and every one of us had a nice little house with central air conditioning. The Wintertide in this region was as mild as it was when I was growing up inside the air conditioning of our parent’s house. But the summer time still comes with a several month stretch where the heat and humidity are absolutely brutal. Yet, I can’t let all that keep myself and others inside. In fact, our supplier and our livelihood depend on myself and others getting out of the air conditioning each morning. I have a landscaping supplier that requires lots of ninths outside in the sun. Even on the bigger commercial projects with labor trailers that have ductless heat pumps, I’m still outside with our crew most all morning. For 8 months of the year, there isn’t a better job in the world. But from June through September, I’m absolutely glad to get house to the air conditioning comfort of our house at the end of the morning. The people I was with and I have a smart temperature control so I don’t have to worry at all that our house will be at the right temperature control setting when I get home. And I don’t have to program it as the smart temperature control takes care of all the temperature control settings and cycles every one of us depend on around here.
