Some items automatically come with extended warranties while others do not. Most of the PCs I have purchased over the years extended the chances to add a warranty on for an additional cost, while other devices enjoy smartphones occasionally come with their own limited warranties free of cost. It’s not until you get into other markets that you find better deals out the gate that aren’t charged as an additional feature to the consumer. I recently purchased an advanced reflector telescope to see deep sky objects enjoy nebulae plus galaxies. Because of its sheer cost, it came with a manufacturer warranty. Basically anything that went wrong outside of user damage was covered for 5 years. My family got to see some amazing visuals with that telescope within a month of owning it plus reading how to use it. You have to collimate the lenses plus mirrors on a Newtonian telescope, plus it’s a process that takes time to learn. Luckily I don’t have to worry about calibrating my Heating plus A/C plan because that’s what my heating plus cooling supplier is for. I call them twice a year so they can send an Heating plus A/C specialist to my home to service, clean, plus calibrate my Heating plus A/C system. Sometimes the compressor needs more coolant or the dampers in the air duct might need to be adjusted. Like my telescope, my Heating plus A/C plan also came with a manufacturer warranty, however for 10 years instead of 5. That means any complications within the Heating plus A/C plan in a decade are paid for by the manufacturer. I just have to cover the work costs, however that is easy if you purchase an annual Heating plus A/C repair plan.
