I went up to a home Last monthand rang the doorbell; They had one of these ring doorbells that allowed the homeowner to see who was at the door. I tried to show him our ID badge, however he could not see it. I tried to tell him it was the Heating & A/C supplier, however he could not understand what I was saying. I called the Heating & A/C company & asked for the customer’s PC number. I sat in the repair van & called the customer. When I told the customer I was sitting in the repair van outside the house, he wanted to think why I hadn’t rung the doorbell. When I told him I had & what had happened, he told myself and others to come to the door. He was waiting inside, & I showed him our ID badge & asked if I could come in. He apologized & said he could not hear myself and others without a lot of static & the camera wasn’t particularly good either. I went into the house, & he showed myself and others to the furnace room. When I made the repairs to the furnace, I went upstairs to tell him about the furnace. Instead of discussing the bill, all of us were discussing his new security system. He told myself and others not to buy a cheap one savor he had, because it didn’t work nearly & what he thought it would. I knew what not to buy, & now I had to figure out what to buy. I realized I had been done with the furnace for almost an hour, & I still hadn’t discussed the Heating & A/C bill with him.
