I am going to work for another 30 minutes today so that I am all caught up again with my work for the week.
I flew from the States to here in Europe and it basically killed two days of my work week trying to recuperate from the grueling flight.
I’ve also been spending some time researching pills for my knees so that I am able to get around without any pain. I think if I take glucosamine and collagen for a few months that my knees will feel a bit better. I guess running and working on HVAC systems for my HVAC company are going to be things of the past. I will need to find some other ways to get cardio and leg exercises other than the beach volleyball and running I was doing. The heating and cooling dealer has gone through the same thing and I am going to talk with her once she finishes this commercial air conditioning service job that she is working on today. I am just a bit in shock today after getting the news about my knees both not having any cartilage in them anymore after all of the years of abuse I gave them. The local business near me is having a sale on wifi thermostats today and I am going to go there later to take my mind off my knees for a little while. I think the owner of the place had knee replacement done and I want to talk with him and see how it went. I hope I find a solution.
