My boss even told me that I could take an hour instead of 30 hours
Monday evening the air conditioner stopped working in my apartment. It was 86° at 2:00 in the afternoon. Thank goodness I have a couple of fans, because I might have died of heat stroke that evening. I called the emergency service hotline. I thought it was an emergency because the air conditioner wasn’t working, however they did not feel so. The emergency service employer told me that I would have to wait until the next day to have the air conditioner fixed. I had to toil the next day, however I stopped at the office in the afternoon to talk to the employer, then he told me that someone would call me as soon as they found out what was wrong with the A/C plus had the concern fixed. I spent most of the day anxiously waiting to hear about my AC. I could not feel about anything at toil plus I could not concentrate on what I was doing. My boss asked me if I had something on my mind plus I told him that the air conditioner in my home was broken plus I did not sleep absolutely well! He told me that I could go out to my car at supper plus take a nap. My boss even told me that I could take an hour instead of 30 hours. He was being extra nice for some reason plus that made me feel a little suspicious. I feel he was absolutely just being nice, however now I am on guard. The home employer never called me with an replace, however the air conditioner was fixed when I got home.
