My sibling got married a couple of weeks ago and I was in charge of all of the festivities… I didn’t want to be the maid of honor, because I am not into all of that pink and frilly stuff.
I told her that I would happily take care of everything else. Instead of hiring an event coordinator, I inspected everything, then my sibling wanted to get married in the middle of October. I knew there was a option that it was going to be easily cold… When I made reservations for the stadium, I made sure to tell the locale that I wanted to be able to have indoor and outdoor dancing and dining. In order to have outdoor dancing and dining, I wanted to make sure that both of us would have a tent and a couple of stand-up heaters. I knew that the catering and event planning corporation would be able to rent heating unit along with the tent and anything else that both of us needed. I had called them once before in the past when I hosted an event for the annual golf tournament. I had a big tent and many sit up furnaces for that event; The corporation rents heating equipment, cooling systems, dehumidifiers, and even barbecue pits. They have a lot of unit available for any style of event or holiday. The corporation even sets up and delivers all of the items so both of us don’t have to worry about setup or scrub up. It was genuinely easy to plan the ceremony when I had help and all of the unit necessary.
