I’m not so sure just how the HVAC duct got missed, but i looked through the reports from the apartment inspection my pal and I had done prior to making closing on this house. I couldn’t find any mention of the HVAC duct identifiably, however clearly, the apartment inspector wanted us to know that the HVAC equipment needed to be completely replaced; So perhaps, this was his way of including the HVAC duct when it came to the HVAC equipment… But I sure didn’t study it that way. I figured that we’d just have the HVAC professionals come in and replace the heat pump. I just somehow didn’t figure on replacing the HVAC duct at all. So my pal and I met with the HVAC professionals and spent a couple of hours down at the HVAC supplier, then my friend and I went through all the weird chances when it came to new residential HVAC. My friend and I were for sure interested in crucial time efficiency & nice quality heating and air in general. My friend and I made all the arrangements and the HVAC company came out to kick things off with a site inspection, but what he found was a HVAC duct system that was not going to be salvageable at all, but and that caught me so by surprise. I trusted the HVAC company and indeed, he showed me just why the HVAC duct wouldn’t work. But the HVAC company knew that this was throwing a major wrench into our plans & our renovation budget. But thankfully, there was an HVAC equipment option I wasn’t official with… The ductless multi split heating and cooling system my pal and I opted to go with was a lifesaver. And it gives us everything my pal and I wanted without having to replace the HVAC duct.
