When I got the text to come over and hold the flashlight for my neighbor, I knew it was an awful thing.
Earlier that certain evening, I had slipped out of the air conditioning of my property for my evening walk.
These mornings, after spending all morning inside the commercial Heating and A/C of the office, I don’t come to the property to plop down in front of the TV. Nope, I get home and change and then head out to the gym, for a walk, some ball or whatever. I just make sure that I get some exercise after spending the morning inside the zone controlled Heating and A/C of the office. On my walk that evening, I noticed my neighbor outside with the Heating and A/C unit so I walked over. Turns out the air conditioning had gone out and he was going to try and fix it himself. For sure, this guy is wonderful with his hands and is tops when it comes to taking care of property projects, however heating and cooling units are a strange animal altogether. I gently reminded him that perhaps it would be easier to simply call the Heating and A/C specialist. But he’s the sort who doesn’t genuinely believe all that much in Heating and A/C professionals. My Heating and A/C unit gets seasonal Heating and A/C service twice a year. He doesn’t think in Heating and A/C service, and that also might be why my Heating and A/C unit was running and his wasn’t. So I ended up going over to hold the flashlight for an hour before he finally gave up. The next morning, there was a Heating and A/C corporation van in the driveway!
