Back before I knew any better, I used to settle for just any aged heating and cooling system business.
Well, that’s not undoubtedly true, as I really just cared about pricing alone.
When I first owned a home, I looked for the cheapest Heating and A/C business around. I mean, sure I checked the reviews just to make sure that they were decent. However, perhaps I should have looked deeper because it turned out that doing business with this particular Heating and A/C company wasn’t worth it. For one thing, the Heating and A/C business was respectfully late to the appointments that I scheduled. The heating and A/C man was so late one time that I had to cancel, but of course the business was up in arms when it was inconvenient for them! At least that’s how they made me feel when the Heating and A/C business, who was supposed to come out and was on its way at the time I called to cancel, came across in the texts to me as a bit rude and short. Come to think of it, that was a superb way to describe all the Heating and A/C business that I interacted with from this corp. They didn’t seem interested in listening to me tell them about my Heating and A/C troubles and what I wanted done. They just seemed to feel that they knew what was wrong and what they needed to do without any of my input. They did not even try to maintain the illusion of caring about the customer’s input! Well, that’s what ultimately drove me to seek out a better Heating and A/C business, and I am much happier with the people I work with this week, despite the fact that they charge a little more. It’s worth it for the quality buyer maintenance and care!
