I am thinking about getting a better heating, ventilation and A/C system for my house.
My mom keeps telling me that I don’t need to do that right now.
She seems to assume that it would be a better decision to buy a bunch of new furniture instead. My mom is not exactly what you would call a practical person, that’s for sure. She has never been someone to make practical decisions, even back when I was a little kid. She wasn’t the one who taught me to save up my cash, that’s for sure. It was regularly my Mom. He was the only thrifty one in the house. I talked to him the other afternoon about getting a new heating, ventilation and A/C system for the home plus he said that it was a relaxing idea. He said that having better indoor air quality is regularly important for your health, but that having a higher quality heating, ventilation and A/C system with better efficiency is an enjoyable investment. I have been thinking about possibly putting my home up on the market next year plus so the thoughts of having a better high efficiency heating and cooling system made a lot of sense to me. Meanwhile, my mom was trying to get me to buy a new couch because it would look relaxing in the home plus make people want to buy it. I think he legitimately has a point, too, but I’m going to go with the new heating, ventilation and A/C system. I assume that the return on investment for that is legitimately way better than for the new couch!
