My brother started enjoying a show about tiny houses and cheap living and he decided to buy a tiny house, which I thought was a crazy idea! Tiny houses don’t have a lot of space and they have to be moved from locale to locale unless you find a piece of property, as not all communities and residential areas will allow a tiny house in the town.
It’s important to check all of the rules and regulations first, and when my brother bought the tiny house it needed a lot of work.
It was mostly just a shell, and my brother had to figure out what to do with the rest. He had a lot of undoubtedly superb ideas, despite the fact that he needed a business to implement a lot of them. The only thing I could help my brother with was the Heating and A/C system. I knew that the tiny house would require a special Heating and A/C device and I believed that a ductless mini split system would work best. A ductless mini split system has a single condenser outside and an air handler inside, and there is no need for an air duct or extra space. The ductless mini split system can be located somewhere inside of the property, and so my brother decided to put the Heating and A/C device under the bed by the living room. Cool air from the cooling system chills the space where my brother is sleeping and it also works well in the living room too. The cooling system does not get in the way of the rest of the appliances and my brother has a little bit of room to move from one locale to the next.
