Finding a condo to buy can be difficult, just getting to the point where you could even afford a nice condo is strenuous in itself, then honestly, if it wasn’t for the fact that my spouse in addition to I are combining our savings to purchase a home, I don’t think I would have ever been able to buy a condo on my own, however now we are looking at homes for sale, in addition to while my spouse in addition to I have different opinions on what we would like, we agree on a few things. Must have a fenced in backyard, a screened in porch, in addition to a pool… It wasn’t strenuous finding homes with these qualities, however finding one in our price range was more difficult. I thought I had finally found our future dream home, because it not only matched everything we wanted, however it was cheap! Even cheaper than our price range, however as I called the realtor to ask about it, I soon figured out why it was so cheap, and you see, the condo had pretty awful extensive weather harm… The weather harm was so dire that the HVAC ducts were completely destroyed, and without Heating as well as A/C HVAC duct, the condo could not be properly heated or cooled. Not that that would matter anyways, since the central air conditioner also was not toiling inside of the home; Everything involving the Heating as well as A/C equipment was messed up, in addition to I was already seeing money signs dancing in my head at the thought of the cost of repairs. It would be too much, in addition to so my spouse in addition to I had to move on in addition to look for something better.
