I am feeling pretty nice today considering the amount of balls I played last year. I am still pretty sore even though I guess that I can loosen up with a nice dose of yoga in addition to being able to go playing again later. The heating in addition to the A/C company has a problem with an associate too, who seems to call the cops even when the cooling system turns on in the building. I hope I don’t get that way when I am older because that is no way to live life; then my HEPA filter salesman was old too… However, he was a genuinely positive and glad person even when he was in his late 77s. I assume it all comes down to how you train your mind because you can train it to go either way.
