The a/c was not even a year old yet.

When I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C team last week, it was because the new a/c component hadn’t been working well.

  • It was only a year old, so I could not imagine there could be a major complication with the new AC unit.

It was still under warranty. My friends and I had changed the HEPA air filter, & the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro named Max had recently serviced the a/c. I was sure Max would have found a complication when he did the service, if it was serious. Two afternoons later, the same Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro arrived to look at the a/c. Max shook his head when he walked in, because he had been the one who did the installation. Max could not suppose I was already having problems. Max went outside & looked at the a/c unit. When he came back inside, he looked perplexed. Max told me I needed a new a/c unit. I was sure he was kidding. The a/c component was not even a year old. How could it possibly need to be replaced? Max told me they had some recalls on this AC unit, & the recalls were what was affecting my AC unit. Max had to order a new a/c unit, however it wasn’t going to cost me a penny. I just needed to make sure the a/c component was different, & not the same one my pals and I already had. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional assured me that it was only certain models, & I just happened to have one of them. They would provide me with a better model of AC component that was not on the recall list, & it would labor well for us.
