She was having issues about the noisy heating system

I’m new at the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation so I’m still learning the ropes & trying to master my task, however i’m an admin assistant & my task is to make sure all the calls from purchasers are answered & I pass along their requirements to the Heating & Air Conditioning experts, and before this, I was working for a call center so I have experience dealing with purchasers & answering many calls.

In college I appreciated all studies that had to do with client service.

I know how to deal with people, & can remain quite cool even under pressure… So, it’s natural that I work in a position where I can speak with purchasers & assure them they’ll get the services they need. I also get to answer questions about costs of odd services that they require from the Heating & Air Conditioning business, then my boss is strict with this & always insists my associate and I be honorablewith the purchasers. If they want to purchase & install a new Heating & Air Conditioning system, my associate and I supply them the right breakdown, there’s also no hidden charges or costs, so they can know to trust the information that my associate and I supply on the PC, but last week, I got a call from an older lady. I knew she was older because she took her time to speak on the PC & also was a bit out of breath. She was sweet & complemented my voice before informing me why she called. She was complaining about the noisy heating system in her home, & asked if an Heating & Air Conditioning expert would go by her apartment to do an inspection. My buddy and I prioritize calls from senior citizens during summer time & winter, so an Heating & Air Conditioning expert was on the way to her apartment 10 minutes after my associate and I spoke on the PC
