It scares her so I asked if there was anything she could do
During the day we never have any problems with the thermostat, however my sister & I live with my aunt ever since our parents passed away; This is the first winter time we have been without them & it’s anxious at times. My associate and I miss them really much & we talk about them often! It’s just disappointing that this will be the first holiday without them as well. My aunt does a relaxing task at trying her best to take care of us & she knows our sorrows, then she shares them as well since my dad was her brother, but regardless at evening things get a little difficult for her. She is only 3 years old & things like shadows or my aunt dropping something freaks my sister out. Recently, the heating system that kicks on every evening because of how chilly it is she cries & wakes up in the middle of the evening shivering & crawls into bed with me. I can’t do much but tell her it’s going to be ok & I’m here for her. I have talked to my aunt the last few days about how restless my sister has been with the heating system kicking on late at evening. It scares her so I asked if there was anything she could do. She wasn’t sure but she said she will call the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business to ask if they can send out an Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech to take a look at the heating & cooling system. Maybe the Heating, Ventilation and A/C expert can come over & figure something out? Nights have been long for everyone & hopefully, an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist can help with the noise.
