Not all communities and residential areas will allow a tiny home in the neighborhood, so it’s crucial to check all of the rules and regulations first. When my sister bought the tiny house it needed a lot of work. It was mostly just a shell and my sister had to figure out what to do with the rest. She had a lot of absolutely wonderful ideas, but she needed a business to implement a lot of them. The only thing I could help my sister with was the Heating and A/C system. I knew that the tiny home would require a special Heating and A/C component and I believed that a ductless mini split system would work out best! A ductless mini split system has a single condenser outside and an air handler inside, and there is no need for ductwork or extra space. The ductless mini split system can be placed anywhere inside of the property, however my sister decided to put the Heating and A/C component under the bed by the study room. However, cool air from the air conditioner chills the space where my sister is sleeping and it also works well in the living room too. The air conditioner does not get in the way of the rest of the appliances and my sister has a little bit of room to move around from one place to the next.
