So our goal this summer is to get into a rotation at four or five clubs and do two or three paid shows a week. We are getting some cards made with our band name and website and are going to hand them out to all of the clubs in town and in the nearby towns. We figure if we get 500 cards to 500 clubs over the next few months that we will get a few hits and be doing paid shows in clubs on a regular basis. We are going to try the HVAC company too because they like our music and I think they want to have us do a gig for all of the cooling techs coming for a big convention next month. I would like to make $500 a month doing music shows and then I can cut back a bit on my work at my regular job, which is my long term plan in the end. I would like to quit my HVAC specialist job in a year or two and be doing music all the time, as it is so fun and gets me out in the mix instead of sitting in my flat staring at my cat. I have a nice air purifier in my flat and the air quality is really good in my town, but I want to get out more and around people because I tend to be a loner and it can get quite lonely. I will contact my bandmate now and get going on these cards to make our dreams happen.
