It’s not always the best experience when you are away from home for a long time.
This is especially true when you are close with your parents and siblings.
I knew I’d miss them terribly when I went to university abroad. However, I had gotten a full scholarship in one of the best universities in the world. I would be a fool to pass up such an o;pportunity, and they all pushed me to go. I was away for 4 years, and only recently got back. Man, it feels good to be home. And, I’m back in my own room until I find work and a place to stay. Living at home feels better as an adult, and I’ve been adjusting after being away for so long. During my first week back, I had some allergy issues due to the air quality at home. I recalled mom mentioning something like bad air quality in the house. She was planning to get an air purifier, but she never placed an order. I went to see a doctor about my allergies and he told me to try using an air purifier in my home. Since this was my folks place, and it was huge, we went with four portable air purifiers in the house. That way, different parts would benefit from good air quality. Getting a whole-home air purification system would be great. But, it’s not cheap. So, for now, we will use the portable air purifiers until we have enough money for the other unit. Hopefully, I will soon get a job and I can chip in to cover the cost.
