The plan legitimately never was to stay as long as my pal and I did up north.
My partner and I met down south where I’m from and where she came to work.
We shared the same commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C of the same office building. But my pal and I didn’t work for the same corporation. We worked on different floors… Yet the first time my pal and I laid eyes on one another in the elevator, there was something magic there. I can’t describe it all that well but it was incredible. We both took our brunch outside of the air conditioning in a little park two blocks away. This place is like a little oasis right in the middle of downtown. And there is rarely anyone sharing that space. That’s how my pal and I met and started getting to know each other by having brunch outside the air conditioning and in the sunshine. It wasn’t but 18 months later before my pal and I were married. My partner legitimately excelled at what she was doing inside that commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C. Me, on the other hand, I wasn’t so satisfied with an office life and my task sort of ground me down. That’s why it was straight-forward to say yes to following my partner to a modern task way up north. Actually, my pal and I moved certainly near where she grew up. I immediately went to work from apartment freelancing and built up a dealer that didn’t require me to work in an office. But man, those Winters were brutal and the gas heater never seemed to supply me with the heating I needed. So when my partner informed me that she had the opening to return to the south, I had my bags packed and ready. I was so ready for the land of sun and heat pumps again.
