We are only two years apart, so it’s easier to see eye to eye. Anyway, we both wanted to own a home in the city we live in. The house was a 3-bedroom single family property, but we had to add a HVAC system. The developers left out the HVAC system so each homeowner can pick the type they want to install. We found searching for a HVAC system to be tedious work. I think we both took for granted living in apartments with HVAC. Up until this point, we never had to worry about heating or cooling issues. But, as homeowners, we were in charge of this and had to do endless research. Eventually, we got a friend who is an HVAC technician to help us out. He then proceeded to advise us to hunt for a HVAC system during spring or fall when there were discounts. Our friend was right because we got a HVAC system during spring that was almost 50% off.
