HVAC Repair Tips for Homeowners

I know the local business doesn’t like to have a bunch of boilers in his store when Summer is coming and he needs space for air conditioners and fans

It is almost time to hop on my bike and take a ride to the office to make an appointment. I tried to make one online but they never messaged me back, which is weird because most corporations want more clients. I think I could try to message their Whatsapp number and see if they reply to me that way. Well, I just looked through my messages and I don’t see their number so I will take a look online to see if I can find a number that way. I think I’ll get some temperature control outside and ride my bike there and just make an appointment the old fashioned way and talk to them in the air conditioned office. I have to go to another store nearby so there will be two birds with one stone with this trip. My friend and I are going to get a new space boiler for the coming winter season and are going to the Heating and Air Conditioning store later to see if we can get one at a discount. I think they should be pretty cheap now considering it is the beginning of the Summer and they still have some of them in stock. Let’s see what kind of deal we can get there and maybe we will come home with more than we thought we would. I would also like to get radiant heated floors if they are on sale too.

New HVAC equipment

I am down to 20 minutes left with my writing and then I will take a little breather from the screen to rest my eyes and get this yoga done. I have a customer three times a week for yoga, which pays me $60 for the 90 minutes of yoga we do each week, and this pretty much pays for all of my food for the week. The rest of my bills are about $730 a month, which allows me to pay off some of this $900 debit card that I am still working on from the holidays. Cooling and boiler repairs pays for my rent each month and I only have to work about eight hours a week to do so, which is nice because working at the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier can get boring if you are there 50 hours a week like I used to do. Once I pay off that small loan then I am pretty much out of debt, except for the $5K I owe my sibling, which should be good with the investment that I have it in. My sibling is a local business and I borrowed the money last fall to buy 10K shares of this stock, which will hopefully turn into $100K within a few years like they are predicting. I don’t think he needs the money right now though because his Heating and Air Conditioning supplier is exploding with all of the a/c systems he is selling. I am excited that he loaned me the money because it will genuinely help me a lot in the future.

I’m chugging away at the heart of my workday, in the meat of it, and should be done within two more hours.

I will chill for an hour and just relax before I go to the store to shop for food.

I think I will even get motivated and clean my bathroom and office for my guest who arrives in three afternoons. She was the best neighbor of my ex-gf and is coming here for a couple afternoons to visit me and then will head to a dance festival in another town. My friend and I stayed in contact after my Heating and Air Conditioning worker lady and I split up, which would really anger my ex, but we are just friends and like to hang out and chat in my air conditioned flat. I may even go visit her up in Finland for a few weeks this summer, but I am deathly afraid that my ex would see me and implode. She works at this local supplier and a lot of her family lives there and would easily spot me at one point while I am up there. But I can’t be afraid of her or her family, so I will go if I feel so inclined to do so. I like Finland and the natural temperature control of the cool air in the Summer while riding my bike through the thick forests near where I will be staying. It is a genuinely pretty country and if you ever get the chance you should go there for a visit. The air conditioned buses are clean and super quiet, as nobody talks in Finland.

We have a beach gathering today at 5:30pm and I need to be there when the clock hits that hour.

I have five hours to get my work done for the day and also get my shopping done for the week.

I may try and hit this store to return my Amazon product and then I will go visit my neighbor for a bit before coming back home. This week is Tuesday and this neighborhood is starting to pick up speed with the tourists, which is a nice change after the long dark winter season of hibernation this neighborhood had. Heating the home was a must this past winter season as the temps dropped below freezing for a few months straight, making me use both my radiant heated floors and space boilers the whole time. I think my comedian neighbor is going to move here in a couple of months and I need to decide if we should live together or not. My friend and I lived together a few times already in some air conditioned flats in a few of the States back in the USA. Now we would be living in Europe and pursuing our dreams of music and comedy. He also works in the Heating and Air Conditioning technology sector and will maybe work at the local business’s store where I work part time each week. He plays music too and he may join our band as a keyboard player if he has the time. It will be fun working together for the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier and doing our thing with our passion projects. Life is nice and gets better all the time.
