HVAC Repair Tips for Homeowners

I’m not sure if this is a fakeout or if my stock has finally bottomed out and is on its way back up again.

I will wait a bit for confirmation and if the price holds I am going to buy another 5000 shares, which could be worth a nice chunk of change if the stock hits its $10 price prediction this or next year.

I’m willing to wait five or seven more years for the price to hit that mark and am going to keep accumulating until I have 20,000 shares in the bag. The heating and cooling supplier owner told me to grab this stock now while the price is down and I am going to put my faith in his suggestion. I figure if I have 20K shares and it explodes to $25 one morning I will have a nice little nest egg set up. That would be like half a million bucks and I could buy a Heating and Air Conditioning system for my home, hell I could buy my home, and then I could stay cool on those overheated Summer afternoons in my own place. I was going to buy a flat last year but I don’t like that it keeps me locked into one place for living, so I will wait and see what this stock does and go from there. I would like a new fireplace one morning, namely a gas fireplace, so I can sit with my wife and watch fires each night while we hang out and sip some wine. Let’s see what happens.

I am plugging away with my work at 10 in the morning while my cat sits on my chest and watches.

I have another cat too and he is in the living room looking for food, which is why I named him FatBoy.

He tries to get in the food pantry and eat the dry food out of the bag, but now I have put the food in a big saucepan so that he can’t get to it. He was clawing the plastic container open and eating the food at night when I was sleeping. He’s an Heating and Air Conditioning cat, meaning I found him and his sister outside of the heating supplier store one morning when they were born out back. I think they were like three weeks old when I first saw them in the litter of nine and knew that I was going to take one or two home to spoil them, and the big Heating and Air Conditioning system out back is where they were born and a few of the cooling techs grabbed the kittens to take as a pet, while two of them died from getting run over by a car. I was upset when this happened because I saw the two kittens before and after getting hit and I had to bury them that terrible morning. I was working for the local business that morning and was playing with the two kittens and then when I came back from a heating and cooling system service job the two kittens were finished! It was a rough morning for me and I also had a few sleepless nights after that incident.

It is almost time to hop on my bike and take a ride to the office to make an appointment.

I tried to make one online however they never messaged me back, which is weird because most businesses want more buyers.

I know I could try to message their Whatsapp number and see if they reply to me that way. Well, I just looked through my messages and I don’t see their number so I will take a look online to see if I can find a number that way. I know I’ll get some climate control outside and ride my bike there and just make an appointment the old- fashioned way and talk to them in the air conditioned office. I have to go to another store nearby so there will be two birds with one stone with this trip. My good friend and I are going to get a new space heater for the coming winter time and are going to the Heating and Air Conditioning store later to see if we can get one at a discount. I know they should be pretty cheap now considering it is the beginning of the Summer and they still have some of them in stock. I know the local corporation doesn’t like to have a bunch of furnaces in his store when Summer is coming and he needs space for a/cs and fans. Let’s see what kind of deal we can get there and maybe we will come home with more than we thought we would. I would also like to get radiant heated floors if they are on sale too.

I am down to 20 minutes left with my writing and then I will take a little breather from the screen to rest my eyes and get this yoga done.

I have a customer three times a week for yoga, which pays me $60 for the 90 minutes of yoga we do each week, and this pretty much pays for all of my food for the week.

The rest of my bills are about $720 a month, which allows me to pay off some of this $900 credit card that I am still working on from the holidays. Cooling and boiler repairs pays for my rent each month and I only have to work about 15 hours a week to do so, which is nice because working at the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier can get boring if you are there 50 hours a week like I used to do. Once I pay off that small loan then I am pretty much out of debt, except for the $5K I owe my sibling, which should be good with the investment that I have it in. My sibling is a local corporation and I borrowed the money last fall to buy 10K shares of this stock, which will hopefully turn into $100K within a few years like they are predicting. I don’t know he needs the money right now though because his Heating and Air Conditioning supplier is exploding with all of the air conditioning component systems he is selling. I am glad that he loaned me the money because it will really help me a lot in the future.
