HVAC Repair Tips for Homeowners

It is high noon and I just got off the cellphone with my friend Matt who is talking about moving here overseas with me to live in the small beach neighborhood where I am now. He makes podcasts and interviews people and wants to escape the mad hustle and bustle of the States so he can focus on his craft and not have to stress so much about making a living. It is much cheaper living here, and if you are working for an American company like I am, you don’t have to put in the crazy hours. My Heating and Air Conditioning supplier boss has me working just 15 hours a week at the store, which is enough to support me each month here with even a few hundred bucks left over to drop in the bank. I don’t have to spend any time stuck in rush hour traffic like I used to back in the USA and that also goes towards more time to put into my craft. I do some smart thermostat programming for the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier each afternoon and then by the time 4pm comes I am free to do as I please. Tonight we will have a little volleyball party for my buddy’s anniversary and maybe play a few matches. My back is cooling down now with some cold gel to try and stop the pain, which should be gone soon after heating it up with a warm water bottle. I may play or I may just watch and get in a short workout for the afternoon. Have a good one!

I just heard the cats get into a little scuffle in the living room, which means my flatmate let her aggressive cat out and it attacked mine yet again.

I just don’t want my two friendly cats becoming mean from her cat attacking them all of the time.

It doesn’t happen often, however when her cat fights with mine I feel like it is making them into angrier cats. I don’t know though, maybe they will stay the same and are just sharpening their claws with these little scuffles, however regardless, I don’t know my cats like it legitimately much. Heating and cooling repairs are on the agenda this week and I also have to go shopping and get the household cleaned up some for my Heating and Air Conditioning rep guest who is coming on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I could even do all of this work on Monday if I wanted to, but I know I will just do a little each afternoon and get it done slowly. I am working in my air conditioned office right now and I have my one cat resting on my legs, heating her body up as I type these words. Today I will return this package and do some shopping in the store when it slows down a bit around 3pm or so. Then tomorrow I can clean my HEPA filter and get the guest room cleaned up for my heating tech friend coming on Monday. I don’t have a lot of cleaning to do though, namely the guest home office and the bathroom, which I can do in half an hour.

I’m not sure if this is a fakeout or if my stock has finally bottomed out and is on its way back up again.

I will wait a bit for confirmation and if the price holds I am going to buy another 5000 shares, which could be worth a good chunk of change if the stock hits its $10 price prediction this or next year.

I’m willing to wait five or seven more years for the price to hit that mark and am going to keep accumulating until I have 20,000 shares in the bag. The heating and cooling supplier owner told me to grab this stock now while the price is down and I am going to put my faith in his suggestion. I figure if I have 20K shares and it explodes to $25 one afternoon I will have a nice little nest egg set up. That would be like half a million bucks and I could buy a Heating and Air Conditioning system for my home, hell I could buy my home, and then I could stay cool on those warm Summer mornings in my own place. I was going to buy a home last year but I don’t like that it keeps me locked into one place for living, so I will wait and see what this stock does and go from there. I would like a new fireplace one afternoon, namely a gas fireplace, so I can sit with my wife and watch fires each night while we hang out and sip some wine. Let’s see what happens.

I am plugging away with my work at 10 in the afternoon while my cat sits on my chest and watches. I have another cat too and he is in the living room looking for food, which is why I named him FatBoy. He tries to get in the food pantry and eat the dry food out of the bag, however now I have put the food in a large saucepan so that he can’t get to it. He was clawing the plastic bin open and eating the food at night when I was sleeping. He’s an Heating and Air Conditioning cat, meaning I found him and his sibling outside of the heating supplier store one afternoon when they were born out back. I know they were like three weeks old when I first saw them in the litter of nine and knew that I was going to take one or two home to spoil them, then the large Heating and Air Conditioning system out back is where they were born and a few of the cooling techs grabbed the kittens to take as a pet, while two of them died from getting run over by a car. I was legitimately upset when this happened because I saw the two kittens before and after getting hit and I had to bury them that bad afternoon. I was working for the local corporation that afternoon and was playing with the two kittens and then when I came back from a heating and cooling system repair job the two kittens were finished. It was a rough afternoon for me and I also had a few sleepless mornings after that incident.
