HVAC Repair Tips for Homeowners

I’m one lady away from the perfect life here on the Spanish coast.

I had a wonderful relationship up until a year plus a half ago, or what I thought was a wonderful one, plus since then I have been on my own.

I guess I needed time to heal plus find myself again after the five year relationship ended plus I am just starting to feel like my old self once again. My ex had dire OCD plus it became unquestionably hard to live with her, especially when it came to cleaning the flat all the time, the HEPA filter would be cleaned three times a week to help with her dust flu symptoms plus that was just a tip of the iceberg, i don’t want to go into details on everything however when she started counting the hairs that she was losing each day it was time to draw the line. The Heating and A/C system was constantly a battle because I wanted the air con on when it got sizzling although she didn’t want to run it unless the indoor air temp was above 85F. One day she woke up plus wanted me to switch her family room furniture to the living room plus vice versa, plus that is when I knew my pal and I were going to be finished soon. I labor all day for the local business plus coming condo to someone sleeping in the living room was just a bit too much for me. I have my own faults too plus maybe it was just better my pal and I went our separate ways in the end.

One afternoon she woke up plus wanted me to switch her study room furniture to the kitchen plus vice versa, plus that is when I knew we were going to be finished soon. I work all afternoon for the local contractor plus coming home to someone sleeping in the kitchen was just a bit too much for me. I have my own faults too plus maybe it was just better we went our separate ways in the end.

I lost a bunch of weight the past two weeks with this nasty flu that I had, & now I have to try & eat a bit more to put it back on again.

My body tends to run light & when I am sick like that I really lose weight hastily.

So now I have to hit the weights a bit more & try to up my protein intake till I get back to my normal weight once again. I know I weigh about half of what my friends back household weigh, as most of them toil in heating & cooling & eat out at diners way too often. I eat at household basically all the time & like to keep it that way so I spend less & eat better food. The local companies have some tasty food & it can be self-explanatory to eat there all the time, but the air conditioned diners don’t care as much about your health as you do so it is better to only frequent them once in a while. I mainly eat salads & healthy foods like that at home, & I have detached all sugar & sweets from my living room & it is better this way because I have no willpower when it comes to stuff like that. The Heating & A/C tech got me into a zero sugar diet a few years back when he told me that it is better for your health to avoid sugars, which is superb because it gives me more money to run the climate control system in my flat.

I labor all day for the local supplier and coming property to someone sleeping in the home office was just a bit too much for me. I have my own faults too and maybe it was just better my buddy and I decided to go our separate ways in the end.
