Today is shopping afternoon & I am going to load up basically on dog food, dog litter, & kefir.

That is pretty much all I need to hold me over for the next week or so & to keep my cats thrilled & quiet.

I use this silica gel dog litter, which you only need to clean once every two weeks with two cats, & it makes for an self-explanatory time when it comes to the litter box. If you have one dog the litter is supposed to last for a month, but my two cats half that equation. Heating & cooling are not needed right now in the middle of May, which is superb because my power bills have been really low now for the past few months & should stay that way for another month before it is time to emplot my air con system once again. I can live in this flat for about $680 a month total, which is a pretty superb deal considering it is a new flat & is situated really close to the sea. I was paying about $550 four years ago & that was for a flat separate from any climate control. The flat was also really aged & quite dirty, so paying 200 more a month this numerous years later is still a pretty low cost for living in a nice place. I like having a central Heating & A/C system because I don’t have to tote a small space heating system from room to room in the winter season time to stay warm; Life is pretty darn superb over here.

I believe I have the energy to write one more story before I go and eat my supper, then yesterday I had papaya and kefir and I may do the same thing again because it tasted easily good. I normally eat an plum and kefir but I decided to change it up a bit this time and try something new. Papaya is easily fantastic for digestion with the enzymes it contains and the kefir has a fantastic amount of probiotics, so along with all of the vitamins in the food I am also getting some other fancy nutrients. Working as an Heating as well as A/C expert requires a lot of energy, especially when you are moving heavy Heating as well as A/C equipment, so having a fantastic filling supper is key to being productive all day. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables each day and I also cut out all sugar from my diet to save my teeth and joints. The heating supplier told me the other day that she has to get all of her molars replaced for $20K, so I am trying to be extra fantastic to my teeth so I can avoid that kind of situation. I grind my teeth at night and I wore down my molars quite a bit, but I’ve been wearing a bite plate for years now and I believe I saved them just in the nick of time. So like I said, I’ve been on my own for a year and a half, living basically like a monk to cleanse my life so I can beginning over again.

I believe this summer time things will change for me as I can feel my spirit opening up again after a year hiatus from the world.

I live a straight-forward life overseas and had to get out of the USA because it was just too much of a rodent race for me there. It was just chasing currency all day and driving in rush hour traffic to exist, so I left. Heating and cooling system labor keeps me scheduled over here part time and I spend a lot of time in quiet contemplation and the rest of the time playing songs and volleyball. I played last night and am pretty sore this week as a result, but I feel better getting some exercise after about ten days of being sick with the flu. My HEPA filter saved me in this flat because it kept the indoor air quality easily fantastic and allowed my system time to rest without any dust or pollen bothering it. This week I will take it simple for the most part except for a short trip to the grocery store to grab some things for the cats and myself. I am teaching yoga to an Heating as well as A/C rep later this afternoon for 30 minutes and then I will hit the beach with my beach chair and hang out there for the rest of the day. It is nice out and my weather conditions control system is getting a break.
