HVAC Repair Tips for Homeowners

I guess I have the energy to write one more story before I go plus eat my lunch, however yesterday I had papaya plus kefir plus I may do the same thing again because it tasted unquestionably good.

• I normally eat an plum plus kefir but I decided to change it up a bit this time plus try something new.

Papaya is unquestionably wonderful for digestion with the enzymes it contains plus the kefir has a wonderful amount of probiotics, so along with all of the vitamins in the food I am also getting some other expensive nutrients. Working as an Heating and A/C expert requires a lot of energy, especially when you are moving heavy Heating and A/C equipment, so having a wonderful filling lunch is key to being productive all day. I eat a lot of fruit plus vegetables each day plus I also chop out all sugar from my diet to save my teeth plus joints. The heating business told me the other day that he has to get all of his molars updated for $20K, so I am trying to be extra wonderful to my teeth so I can avoid that kind of situation. I grind my teeth at night plus I wore down my molars quite a bit, however I’ve been wearing a bite plate for years now plus I guess I saved them just in the nick of time. The local corporation is going to check out my teeth next week plus clean them in the air conditioned office plus hopefully that is all I need this time. But I may get them bleached too, let us see.

I lost a bunch of weight the past two weeks with this nasty flu that I had, plus now I have to try plus eat a bit more to put it back on again.

My body tends to run light plus when I am sick like that I absolutely lose weight suddenly.

So now I have to hit the weights a bit more plus try to up my protein intake till I get back to my normal weight once again. I know I weigh about half of what my friends back home weigh, as most of them work in heating plus cooling plus eat out at diners way too often. I eat at home basically all the time plus like to keep it that way so I spend less plus eat better food. The local contractors have some tasty food plus it can be self-explanatory to eat there all the time, but the air conditioned diners don’t care as much about your health as you do so it is better to only frequent them once in a while. I mainly eat salads plus healthy foods like that at home, plus I have removed all sugar plus sweets from my kitchen plus it is better this way because I have no willpower when it comes to stuff like that. The Heating plus Air Conditioning tech got me into a zero sugar diet a few years back when she told me that it is better for your health to avoid sugars, which is good because it gives me more cash to run the climate control system in my flat.

I’m one man away from the perfect life here on the Spanish coast.

• I had a superb relationship up until a year & a half ago, or what I thought was a superb one, & since after that I have been on my own.

I know I needed time to heal & find myself again after the five year relationship ended & I am just starting to feel like my aged self once again. My ex had drastic OCD & it became really tough to live with her, especially when it came to cleaning the flat all the time, but the HEPA filter would be cleaned three times a week to help with his dust flu symptoms & that was just a tip of the iceberg. I don’t want to go into details on everything but when he started counting the hairs that he was losing each afternoon it was time to draw the line. The Heating & A/C system was constantly a battle because I wanted the air con on when it got warm even though he didn’t want to run it unless the indoor air temp was above 85F. One afternoon he woke up & wanted me to switch his bedroom furniture to the kitchen & vice versa, & that is when I knew my friend and I were going to be finished soon. I toil all afternoon for the local supplier & coming household to someone sleeping in the kitchen was just a bit too much for me. I have my own faults too & maybe it was just better my friend and I opted to go our separate ways in the end.

I am in the middle of my workday right now and am going to take a little cut soon and go outside for some fresh air.

I need to go shopping this week but I will wait for the lull at the store, which is around 3pm or so, as that is when most of the day shoppers are done for the day.

The people who labor usually go shopping around 5pm or so and I like to be out of the store before then so I don’t get stuck in long lines at checkout. The store is nice with its a/c running in it to keep all the food cool, which is wonderful during the summer time because you get free weather conditions control when you shop. I have to buy 10 kefirs and dog stuff, which will cost me about $20 and set us all up for the next two weeks more or less. I like the refrigeration at the store because it keeps the food so fresh and you can buy a lot of it and store it in your own refrigeration for another week and a half. I only shop three times a month and like doing it this way as opposed to shopping a couple times a week and just buying a little at a time. The Heating as well as A/C system at the store must cost a lot of currency yet they seem to keep their prices low enough that it doesn’t cut the bank each time you go there. I will head out now and go for a short ride, see you later.
