I lost a bunch of weight the past two weeks with this nasty flu that I had, and now I have to try and eat a bit more to put it back on again.
My body tends to run light and when I am sick like that I easily lose weight suddenly.
So now I have to hit the weights a bit more and try to up my protein intake till I get back to my normal weight once again. I believe I weigh about half of what my friends back property weigh, as most of them labor in heating and cooling and eat out at restaurants way too often. I eat at property basically all the time and like to keep it that way so I spend less and eat better food. The local corporations have some tasty food and it can be simple to eat there all the time, but the air conditioned restaurants don’t care as much about your health as you do so it is better to only frequent them once in a while. I mainly eat salads and healthy foods like that at home, and I have detached all sugar and sweets from my home office and it is better this way because I have no willpower when it comes to stuff like that. The Heating as well as A/C tech got me into a zero sugar diet a few years back when she told me that it is better for your health to avoid sugars, which is wonderful because it gives me more currency to run the weather conditions control system in my flat.
