HVAC Repair Tips for Homeowners

There was supposed to be some kind of songsal performance occurring in a few days, I remember seeing a poster about it.

I have never been into songsals, just not my kind of thing, however I know others who entirely adore them, anyways, I didn’t suppose I would end up heading to the theater, however I ended up going there anyway. Why? Because a few days before the performance was to happen, they called my Heating and Air Conditioning company to request Heating and Air Conditioning services. The heating and air conditioner services they were requesting was Heating and Air Conditioning repair. Apparently their boiler and a/c had broken down and they needed it to be repaired. Honestly it was entirely a great thing it broke down now, because if it had broken while in the play, that would have been a disaster. I was the heating and cooling worker sent out to deal with the mess of a Heating and Air Conditioning system, and so I headed out in the direction of the theater. When I arrived, I couldn’t find where their Heating and Air Conditioning machines were situated, until someone showed me! From there, the repair was fairly straightforward, but someone had been neglecting cleaning and replacing the Heating and Air Conditioning air filter, and it was horribly plugged, which was the issue. With that being taken care of, the show could go on. I delivered the great news to the staff that worked there, and left to head to my next heating and a/c appointment. Although it took me a little longer since that theater was huge and packed with cars and people.

Finding a house to buy can be difficult, just getting to the point where you could even afford a nice house is difficult in itself, and honestly, if it wasn’t for the fact that my hubby and I are combining our savings to purchase a home, I don’t suppose I would have ever been able to buy a house on my own; Now my buddy and I are looking at homes for sale, and while my hubby and I have odd opinions on what my buddy and I would like, my buddy and I agree on a few things, and must have a fenced in backyard, a screened in porch, and a pool, and it wasn’t difficult finding homes with these qualities, however finding one in our price range was more difficult.

I thought I had finally found our future dream home, because it not only matched everything my buddy and I wanted, however it was cheap! Even cheaper than our price range, however as I called the realtor to ask about it, I soon figured out why it was so cheap, then you see, the house had pretty awful extensive weather detriment.

The weather detriment was so severe that the air ducts were completely destroyed! Without Heating and Air Conditioning air duct, the house could not be respectfully heated or cooled. Not that that would matter anyways, since the central air conditioner system also was not toiling inside of the home; Everything involving the Heating and Air Conditioning unit was messed up, and I was already seeing money signs dancing in my head at the thought of the cost of repairs. It would be too much, and so my hubby and I had to transport on and look for something better.

Tomorrow is yet another holiday over here on the Spanish coast.

They have more holidays here than I’ve ever seen anywhere & I feel it is just great, unless I am trying to get some shopping done or need something fixed.

This is why I moved over here though, because the pace of life is less frantic than back in the States & I feel like I can take the time to slow down without feeling guilty or feeling like I am getting left behind. I work part time for a local corporation in neighborhood & have a lot of free time when I finish laboring on HVAC systems for the afternoon at the job… Many people would call me lazy if they looked at my annually workload, however I spend a ton of time laboring on the band’s projects & have no energy to put into laboring more for the company. I discovered long ago that heating & cooling unit repairs were not going to split it for me, so I changed gears from an HVAC repairman to a comedian & haven’t looked back since. It is so fun making music & trying to come up with new sounds & it never seems to get old, & besides, men easily like music. My friend and I play gigs for the new company in neighborhood & I’m not doing it for the men, however meeting men from music is proving to do better than Tinder & all I need is one special guy then I call it quits searching. Okay, off to wash the HEPA filter, see ya!
