Frequent power outages

I’m fairly satisfied with the neighborhood where I currently live.

It’s much warmer than where I used to reside, which is a huge bonus.

I also cherish that there’s so much outdoor recreation integrated with the city! Finally, perhaps my favorite part is that there are so multiple trees present all around the city. I’m not talking about your normal inner neighborhood trees, which are tiny little posts resting with the support of wires. I mean that the whole neighborhood is set within a forest, plus it’s beautiful to observe. The only trouble with these tall timbers is their ability to knock out the power on a proper basis. All it takes is a limb to snap, plus half the neighborhood falls into darkness. I didn’t realize what a huge concern this was until my great friend and I got a smart temperature control last year. See, whenever the power goes out, our temperature control goes offline plus resets the regular settings. That means our property can sit without any air temperature control for up to 9 hours when we’re both out of the property all afternoon long. When my great friend and I return home, the indoor air condition is ridiculously boiling plus humid. It takes our A/C over 3 hours to bring the temperature back down to a comfortable degree… Not only is this a huge waste of energy for our central cooling system, but it’s quite dangerous for our pets. They are stuck at household plus have to endure the decreasing heat plus humidity throughout the afternoon. It’s surprising to say, even though I never thought that having so multiple trees around would decrease our quality of living.

Animal shelter needed new Heating & A/C

I’m a sucker for animal causes.

I honestly can’t kneel the thought of any sweet little animal suffering or living in deplorable conditions.

That’s why I am a huge advocate for local animal shelters. I like to volunteer my time and resources as best I can in order to help further the mission of these necessary institutions. Recently, I found out that a local no-kill shelter was experiencing horrific conditions due to their failing air conditioner. See, living in the south it is entirely imperative to have adequate cooling systems in venue or else you will not survive. The shelter had an A/C that was intended to repair the entire facility, however the outdated cooling component had seen better afternoons. Apparently it was working on and off without any rhyme or reason, and the temperature swings were making all the people sick. The shelter had already called out their local Heating & A/C corporation over a dozen times. The ventilation corporation was performing their repairs for free in an effort to help the little shelter, however their aged A/C component wasn’t going to stay afloat much longer. That’s when I decided to step in and try to rally the neighborhood to help. My nice friend and I held fundraisers and bake sales, a pet parade, and numerous donation events. Through all these efforts my nice friend and I raised over 5 thousand dollars for replacing the outdated A/C component and fully servicing the rest of the ventilation system. With the help of another Heating & A/C dealership my nice friend and I were able to fully revamp the shelter’s cooling system, providing comfort for numerous more generations of pets.

New Heating and Air Conditioning in neighborhood helped bigly

I am so tired of living in small towns that foster a culture of aversion to change.

It seems like small towns occasionally refuse to adapt because the residents have been stagnant and comfortable for so long.

This not only keeps the neighborhood feeling small, ancient, and stale, but it also works against the local residents in the long run. When new corporations aren’t allowed into the town, it means there is no competition. This drives up prices on specialty goods and services, and keeps the neighborhood in the economic dark ages. That’s exactly what happened in my current hometown until a new Heating and Air Conditioning dealership moved in last year. Apparently for over 100 years there was only one ventilation business in town, and all the people had to use them for any heating and cooling demands. Because they provided an in-demand service, the Heating and Air Conditioning business was able to charge any amount of currency for their services, but unluckyly, this meant numerous families were unable to afford the cost of having their heater ran tests on or a new AC unit installed, however many people were going without adequate indoor air temperature control simply because the services were out of their budgets. Then last year a brand new Heating and Air Conditioning business opened its doors, and everything changed, but right off the batt, they introduced highly reduced pricing on common services and equipment. Suddenly all the people could afford to have their aged heating and cooling systems repaired or upgraded! The aged Heating and Air Conditioning business was forced to lower their prices, and now both of these small corporations are working to keep their prices in line.
