I never realized until I had my a/c component breakdown on me for a full 3 weeks how much I genuinely loved it, and because I appreciate it so much I can now fully appreciate the gift that is an a/c unit.

I have to go 3 weeks without any working a/c component due to the fact that I had waited too long to have my a/c component officially took care of.

If I just had my AC system service in the early Springtime months I was supposed to then we wouldn’t be having problems with it this summer. I wish I had just listened to myself plus done it plus gotten it over with; Now there was numerous people that are in the same situation that I was in plus there was everybody calling their heating plus AC supplier plus looking to have their a/c component repaired however now since there was so several people looking to have their AC system repair there was a long line of people that I would have to wait behind. It was for this reason that I could not get an appointment for a full 3 weeks before I was able to get a heating plus AC worker out here. Thankfully when the cooling specialist did arrive he was only absolutely friendly but he was a professional as well. It did not take him long to get straight to work plus then before I knew it my a/c component was fixed just like that. And being able to go over to my thermostat plus turn on the AC plus feel that good cool air that came flying out of the air vents to touch my hot skin plus cool me down was one of the best feelings.

So the last couple of years have not exactly been super comfortable inside my home, however but, that was really preferable to living in an apartment, but when my condo became available, it was a now or never moment plus I went all in, however for what seems like forever, I’ve been saving so I could have a mortgage instead of paying rent.

Along with the usually overwhelmed plus old HVAC equipment, I hated not building any equity while renting, however this was so important to me.

But I also was just ready to not have to share walls with anyone that wasn’t inside my home. The condo I was able to buy is perfect space-wise plus location; I have a yard plus live in a nice village. But the condo was really worn out even though it’s structurally in great shape, and yet, it was an as is situation plus if I obtained it, all the renovations would be up to me. There was no way I was going to beat that price so I took the leap. And with that leap has come with it a current level of patience. When it comes to toiling on this house, I could only do what I could afford. I wasn’t into borrowing a bunch of money just so I could get it all done more hastily. That said, I also saved a bunch of money by doing a bunch of the work myself. The basic renovations were finally capped off this Springtime when the HVAC unit was updated. It was a really old central air conditioning situation plus I had to entire thing updated, but new ductwork went with the current heat pump. At least this Summer, I’m going to be the most comfortable I’ve ever been in my adult life.

There was supposed to be some kind of musical performance occurring in a few days, I remember seeing a poster about it. I have never been into musicals, just not my kind of thing, although I know others who unquestionably love them, and anyways, I didn’t feel I would end up heading to the theater, although I ended up going there anyway.
